Effective Drainage for Dirt and Gravel Roads-On-Demand

Description

If you have dirt and gravel roads, you know the importance of road drainage, especially during the coming months! Road drainage is an essential element of any road design, but especially for dirt and gravel roads as water draining off the surface can erode the very road itself. The PSU Center for Dirt and Gravel Roads has undertaken years of research on learning how to protect dirt and gravel roads from the erosional forces of stormwater and upland drainage patterns. This webinar will discuss the general concepts of how to effectively drain dirt and gravel roads so that the road itself is not structurally damaged using a variety of techniques such as proper crown and cross-slope, such as grade breaks, berm removal, and broad-based dips. If you have dirt and gravel roads, you will want to attend this webinar.
