From Parks to Public Meetings: What Does the ADA Require? - On-Demand Webinar

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) imposes numerous wide-ranging obligations on all public entities and impacts everything a township does, from installing curb ramps and offering programs to developing websites and communicating with the public. Regardless of size, all townships need to be aware of and comply with the ADA’s obligations. In this webinar, Mark Shaw and Mark Pavkov of MacDonald Illig will provide an overview of the ADA’s requirements and the steps townships should be taking to ensure ADA compliance.
