This webinar will provide you with a framework to assess your public works facilities for the potential of a high, medium or low illicit discharge event while providing simple suggestions for mitigating potential threats. This framework can also be utilized as a tool to prepare for an MS4 audit by showing public works staff how to present their facility to a regulatory auditor.
Presenter: Mark D. Harman, P.G., senior project manager at ARRO, is a licensed professional geologist in the Commonwealth of PA. He has 18 years of experience in hydrogeologic studies, erosion and sedimentation control planning, NPDES permitting, MS4 compliance and reporting, stormwater management system design, wetlands delineation, and PA Natural Diversity Inventory studies as well as municipal administration and enforcement.
