With municipal budgets stretched thin, increased regulatory requirements are putting a strain on townships through the Commonwealth. A cooperative, intergovernmetnal approach to stormwater management enables local, state, and federal partnerships that can significantly reduce the costs of both regulatory compliance and stormwater infrastruction operation, maintenance and management. This presentation provides insight for how municipal personnel can implement strategies to yield cost savings that benefit their municipality's bottom line.
